Eric LongInvestment Team
Eric Long is the Chief Financial Officer of Harbour Energy and a Senior Vice President of EIG. Prior to joining EIG in 2014, Mr. Long spent over 8 years with Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking Group. During his tenure, Mr. Long advised companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings and other corporate finance functions, and covered more than 30 clients in the alternative asset management, bank and financial technology sectors. In this role, Mr. Long provided advisory services on the Affiliated Managers Group minority equity investment in EIG in 2014. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Long was a Director in the Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed a team of transaction professionals and supervised valuation and financial due diligence efforts in the energy sector. His other previous experience includes serving as a Consultant in the Financial Transactions Group for Stone & Webster, an engineering and construction firm focused primarily on the power industry. Mr. Long is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
