Harbour Energy has further non-operated interests in a number of producing assets in Norway, including:

Edvard Grieg Hub

The Edvard Grieg Hub is located in the central North Sea and consists of the Edvard Grieg and Solveig fields (15% non-operated interest).

Edvard Grieg is developed with a fixed platform and is host to the Solveig field which is developed as a subsea tieback. A second phase of Solveig is being developed at present. The Edvard Grieg platform has received electric power from shore since December 2022, making the field one of the lowest CO2 emitters on the Norwegian shelf.

Snorre Area

The Snorre Area is operated by Equinor and located in the northern part of the North Sea. Harbour Energy has a non-operated interest in the following Snorre Area fields: Snorre (8.57% interest), Vigdis (2.8% interest), Tordis (2.8% interest), Statfjord Øst (1.4% interest) and Sygna (1.26% interest).

Snøhvit Hub

Harbour Energy has a 2.81% interest in the Snøhvit Hub which is located in the Barents Sea and is operated by Equinor. Gas and condensate are exported via a multi-phase pipeline to the onshore Melkøya LNG plant near Hammerfest, which separates the hydrocarbons into sales products (LNG, LPG and condensate) for shipment via tanker. Snøhvit started production in 2007.

Exploration licences

In Norway, we have a proven exploration and appraisal track record around our existing hubs and have a pipeline of organic development projects which have the potential to support future production.

Recent exploration and appraisal success includes the operated Bergknapp and Adriana / Sabina (PL211 CS) discoveries in the Norwegian Sea, the Storjo, and Newt discoveries in the Skarv Hub, as well as the operated Cuvette discovery and the non-operated discoveries Hamlet / Gjøa North and Ofelia discoveries in the vicinity of the Gjøa field.

In 2024, Harbour will participate in multiple exploration and appraisal wells on the Norwegian Shelf, focussed on near infrastructure opportunities in core areas close to producing assets.
