Our activities and subsea expertise
We operate four producing subsea fields in Norway, including Maria (50% interest), Dvalin (55% interest), Nova (39% interest) and Vega (56.7% interest). These are all tieback fields which utilise existing nearby infrastructure to process and export hydrocarbons.
Nova and Vega are tied back to the North Sea Gjøa platform (28% non-operated interest), which is our largest hub in Norway. We operate the nearby Cuvette discovery (50%) and we hold several regional exploration licences including in the non-operated Gjoa Nord and Ofelia discoveries.
In 2025, subsea infrastructure was installed and drilling of three wells began at our Dvalin North project. First production is on track for mid-2026.
Subsea installation campaigns were largely completed in 2025. This included a three-well tie-back to Asta Hansteen, at partner-operated Irpa. Multi-well tie-backs to Skarv were also developed at partner-operated Alve North and Idun North.
Skarv is the host for several fields and developments in the Norwegian sea. Harbour has a 28% non-operated interest in the floating production, storage and offloading vessel, which is operated by Aker BP.
Harbour made a small discovery close to the Skarv infrastructure in 2025. Harbour was awarded nine exploration licences in 2025, four as operator and all close to existing infrastructure.
Aasta Hansteen (24% non-operated interest) is a major gas export hub in the Norwegian Sea. It is in the heart of a highly prospective area where Harbour holds a number of promising exploration licences and is the host for the Irpa (19% non-operated interest) development, which is due to come on-stream this decade. Aasta Hansteen is operated by Equinor.
Harbour is operator of the Maria field (50%) which is in the central part of the Norwegian Sea and in the vicinity of the Bergknapp discovery (40% operated interest). A major revitalisation of the Maria field, Maria Phase 2, is underway now, including a new four-well subsea tieback to existing infrastructure.
Additionally, Harbour has a 55% operated interest in the Dvalin field and the Dvalin North development, together the Dvalin Area.
