The UK was Harbour’s second largest producer in 2025, averaging 155 kboepd (2024: 149 kboepd).
The increase was driven by new wells onstream at J-Area and Greater Britannia Area, as well as a full year’s contribution from Talbot, a subsea tie-back to J-Area. Strong operating efficiency and subsurface delivery across our operated UK hubs further supported production.
We announced the acquisition of Waldorf Energy Partners Ltd and Waldorf Production Ltd, for $170 million, in December 2025. The acquisition is expected to deliver immediate cash flow benefits and builds on action we’ve already taken to improve the long-term sustainability of our UK business. The acquisition is expected to complete in Q2 2026.
